ESP32-Pico SoC, WiFi & BLE, 3.3 V, QFN-48 (7x7mm)

The ESP32-PICO-D4 is a System-in-Package (SIP) module based on the ESP32 that provides full Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality. The module has a size of only (7.0 x 0.1) mm±(7.0±0.1) mm x (0.94±0.1) mm and therefore requires a minimum PCB area. A 4 MB SPI flash is built into the module.
At the heart of this module is the ESP32 chip*, a single 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combo chip developed using TSMC's 40 nm ultra-low-power technology. ESP32-PICO-D4 seamlessly integrates all peripheral components, including a crystal oscillator, flash, filter capacitors and RF adaptors, in a single package. Since no other peripheral components are involved, no welding and testing of the modules is required. As such, ESP32-PICO-D4 reduces
