The L6227 is a full DMOS dual bridge for motor control applications implemented in MultiPower BCD technology that combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. Available in the PowerDIP24 (20+2+2), PowerSO36 and SO24 (20+2+2) enclosures, the L6226 features thermal shutdown and non-dissipative overcurrent detection on the high-performance MOSFETs, as well as a diagnostic output.
