L6235PD

The L6235 is a fully integrated 3-phase DMOS-based DC motor driver (BLDC) with overcurrent protection. The chip was realized using MultiPower BCD technology and combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits. The device provides a constant-off-cycle current controller and decoding logic for reference-related Hall-Effect sensors.
