Description
The ultra-low-power STM32L151xD and STM32L152xD modules combine the connection options of the universal serial bus (USB) with the powerful ARM® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core, which is equipped with a frequency of 384 MHz (33. 3 DMIPS), a memory protection unit (MPU), embedded high-speed memory (flash memory up to 32 KB and RAM up to 48 KB). And a wide range of advanced I/O and peripherals connected to two APB buses.
The STM32L151xD devices offer 3 operational amplifiers, a 12-bit ADC, 2 DACs, 2 ultra-low-power comparators, a 32-bit general-purpose timer, 6 16-bit general purpose timers and 2 base timers that can be used as a time base.
In addition, STM32L151xD includes standard and advanced communication interfaces: Up to 2 I2Cs, 3 SPIs, 2 I2S, one SDIO, 3 USARTs, 2 UARTs and one USB.
