The SAM9X60D6K is a high-performance, ultra-low-power ARM926EJ-S CPU-based embedded microprocessor (MPU) with a clock frequency of up to 600 MHz and an integrated 64 Mbps SDRAM memory. The SAM9X60D6K supports various NVM interfaces, including NAND Flash, Quad SPI and eMMC Flash. The block integrates powerful peripherals for connectivity and user interface applications. It delivers state-of-the-art security features such as secure boot capability with on-chip secure key storage (OTP), powerful crypto accelerators (SHA, AES, and TDES) and manipulation pins.
