The STM32C031x4/x6 mainstream microcontrollers are based on the powerful ARM ® Cortex ® -M0+ 32-bit RISC core, which operates at a frequency of up to 48 MHz. They offer a high level of integration and are ready for IoT for a wide range of consumer, industrial and device applications.

The devices include a memory protection unit (MPU), embedded high-speed memory (12 KB SRAM and up to 32 KB flash program memory with read and write protection), DMA, a wide range of system functions, advanced I/O and peripherals. They offer standard communication interfaces (one I 2 CS, one SPI / one I2 S and two USARTs), a 12-bit ADC (2.5 MSPs) with up to 21 channels, a low-power RTC, an extended PWM timer, four 16-bit general-purpose timers, two watchdog timers and a SysTick timer.

The devices operate at ambient temperatures from -40 to 125°C and with supply voltages from 2.0 V to 3.6 V. The optimized dynamic consumption in combination with power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
