Die STM32F303xB/STM32F303xC-Familie basiert auf dem leistungsstarken 32-Bit-RISC-Kern Arm® Cortex®-M4 mit FPU bei einer Frequenz von bis zu 72 MHz, der Einbettung einer MPU und einer Spurmakrozelle (ETM). Die Familie umfasst Hochgeschwindigkeits-Embedded-Speicher bis zu 256 KByte Flash-Speicher, bis zu 40 KByte SRAM) + eine umfangreiche Palette von erweiterten I/Os + Peripheriegeräten, die an zwei APB-Busse angeschlossen sind.
Bis zu 4 schnelle 12-Bit-ADCs (5 Msps), 7 Komparatoren, 4 Operationsverstärker, 4 DAC-Kanäle, 1 Low-Power-RTC, 5 universell einsetzbare 16-Bit-Timer, 1 universellen 32-Bit-Timer und 2 Timer für die Motorsteuerung.
Bis zu 2 I2Cs, 3 SPIs (2 SPIs sind mit gemultiplexten Vollduplex-I2Ss), 3 USARTs, 2 UARTs, CAN + USB. Um die Genauigkeit der Audioklasse zu erreichen, können die I2S-Peripheriegeräte über eine externe PLL getaktet werden.
Temperaturbereich von -40 - +85 °C einer Spannungsversorgung von 2,0 bis 3,6 V. Ein umfangreicher Satz von Energiesparmodi ermöglicht die Entwicklung von Low-Power-Anwendungen.
