The STM32F303xB/STM32F303xC family is based on the powerful 32-bit RISC core Arm® Cortex®-M4 with FPU at a frequency of up to 72 MHz, the embedding of an MPU and a track macro cell (ETM). The family includes high-speed embedded memory up to 256 KB of flash memory, up to 40 KB of SRAM) + an extensive range of advanced I/Os + peripherals connected to two APB buses.
Up to 4 fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), 7 comparators, 4 operational amplifiers, 4 DAC channels, 1 low-power RTC, 5 universal 16-bit timers, 1 universal 32-bit timer and 2 timers for the motor controller.
Up to 2 I2Cs, 3 SPIs (2 SPIs are with multiplexed full duplex I2Ss), 3 USARTs, 2 UARTs, CAN + USB. To achieve the accuracy of the audio class, I2S peripherals can be clocked via an external PLL.
Temperature range from -40 - +85°C with a power supply from 2.0 to 3.6 V. A comprehensive set of energy-saving modes enables the development of low-power applications.
