Die STM32G441xx basieren auf dem leistungsstarken Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-Bit-RISC-Kern.
Der Cortex-M4-Kern verfügt über eine Single-Precision-FPU, die die Einpräzisions-Datenverarbeitungsanweisungen des Arms und alle anderen Datentypen unterstützt. Implementiert ist ein vollständiger Satz von DSP Anweisungen und eine MPU sowie ein AES.
Integrierte Hochgeschwindigkeitsspeicher (128 KByte Flash und 32 KByte SRAM), viele I/Os + Peripheriegeräten, die an 2 APB-Busse, 2 AHB-Busse und 1x 32-Bit-Multi-AHB-Busmatrix angeschlossen sind.
Integrierte Schutzmechanismen für eingebettete Flash-Speicher + SRAM.
Die Vorrichtungen beinhalten Peripheriegeräte, die eine mathematische/arithmetische Funktionsbeschleunigung ermöglichen.
