Versatile Bluetooth 5.3 SoC with support for Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh and NFC
The nRF52832 is a universally applicable multiprotocol SoC. It meets the needs of a wide range of applications that require advanced Bluetooth® LE features, protocol concurrency, and a rich and diverse range of peripherals and features. It also offers generous memory availability for both Flash and RAM.
The nRF52832 is multi-protocol capable with full protocol concurrency. It supports Bluetooth Low Energy, including high-speed 2 Mbps. Bluetooth Mesh can operate concurrently with Bluetooth LE, allowing smartphones to provision, commission, configure, and control mesh nodes. NFC, ANT, and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols are also supported.
It is based on an ARM® Cortex™ M4 floating-point CPU running at 64 MHz. It has an NFC-A tag for use in simplified pairing and payment solutions. It has numerous digital peripherals and interfaces such as PDM and I2S for digital microphones and audio.
Exceptionally low power consumption is achieved by an advanced adaptive on-chip power management system.
