Description:
The L6201PS is a full-bridge driver for motor control applications in Multipower BCD technology, which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip.
The use of mixed technology has enabled optimisation of the logic circuit and power level to achieve the best possible performance. The DMOS output transistors can be operated from the mains.
Voltages up to 42 V and efficient at high switching speeds.
All logic inputs are compatible with TTL, CMOS and µC.
Each channel (half bridge) on the device is controlled by a separate logic input, while a common enable controls both channels.
