EEPROM, 2 Kb (128 x 8 x 2), 1.8 ... 5.5 V, SO-8N

2 kbit EE PROM with a pre-programmed, unique 32-bit ID. This serial number is unique across all UID-families of Microchip EEPROMs. The ID is scalable to 48-bit, 64-bit, 128-bit, 256-bit (and more). The device is organised in blocks of x 8 - bit memory and supports the patented single I/O UNI/O® serial bus. Through the use of Manchester coding techniques, pulsing and data are merged in a single serial bit stream (SCIO). Low-voltage design allows operation up to 1.8 V with standby and active current of only 1 µA and 1 mA.
