24AA02E48/24AA025E48/24AA02E64/24AA025E64 (24AA02XEXX) is an electrically erasable 2-Kbit PROM. The device is available as two blocks of 128 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface. The low-voltage design allows operation down to 1.7V, with maximum standby currents of only 1 µA for I-Temp. And 5 µA for E-Temp., and a maximum active current of 1 mA. The 24AA02XEXX also has page write capability for up to eight bytes of data (16 bytes on the 24AA025E48/24AA025E64). The 24AA02XEXX is available in the standard 8-pole version. SOIC, 5-pin SOT-23 and 6-pin SOT-23 packages.
