2 kbit EEPROM with a pre-programmed globally unique IEEE EUI-64- MAC address. Organised in two blocks of 128x 8-bit with a serial 2-wire interface. Low-voltage design allows operation up to 1.7 V with maximum standby and active current of only 1 µA and 1 mA.
