EEPROM, 2 Kb (256 x 8), 1.8 ... 5.5 V, SO-8

2-kbit EEPROM with a pre-programmed, unique 32-bit ID. This serial number is unique across all UID-families of Microchip EEPROMs. The ID is scalable to 48-bit, 64-bit, 128-bit, 256-bit (and more). The EEPROM is organised in two blocks of 128x 8-bit with a serial 2-wire interface. Low-voltage design allows operation up to 1.7 V with maximum standby and active current of only 1 µA and 1 mA.
