Description:
The Microchip 93C66A device is a 4Kb Microwire (3-wire) serial EEPROM with dedicated 8-bit memory organization and an operating voltage range of 4.5 - 5.5V. Also available are the 93C66B for a dedicated 16-bit memory organization and the 93C66C for a hardware selectable word size via the ORG pin. The 93C66A is optimized for use in consumer, industrial and automotive applications where a reliable and dependable non-volatile memory option is required.
