The STM32F071x8/xB microcontrollers incorporate the powerful Arm®Cortex®-M0 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 48 MHz, embedded high-speed memory (up to 128 Kbytes of flash memory and 16 Kbytes of SRAM) and a comprehensive range of advanced peripherals and I/Os. All devices offer standard communication interfaces (two I2Cs, two SPI/one I2S, one HDMI CEC and four USARTs), a 12-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC with two channels, seven 16-bit timers, a 32-bit timer and a PWM timer with advanced control.

The STM32F071x8/xB microcontrollers operate in the temperature ranges of -40 to +85 °C and -40 to +105 °C with a supply voltage of 2.0 to 3.6 V. A comprehensive range of power saving modes enables the design of low power consumption applications.

The STM32F071x8/xB microcontrollers are available in six different packages with 48 to 100 pins and also in a die form on request. Different peripherals are included depending on the selected device.
