The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity family includes the powerful ARM® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at 72 MHz, embedded high-speed memory (Flash memory up to 256 Kbytes and SRAM up to 64 Kbytes) and an extensive range of advanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices offer two 12-bit ADCs, four 16-bit general purpose timers plus a PWM timer, as well as standard and extended communication interfaces: up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, five USARTs, one USB-OTG FS and two CANs. Ethernet is only available on the STM32F107xx.

The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity line family operates in the temperature range from -40 to +105 °C with a supply voltage of 2.0 to 3.6 V. A comprehensive range of power-saving modes enables the development of applications with low power consumption.

The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity family offers devices in three different package types: from 64 pins to 100 pins. Different peripherals are included depending on the selected module.
