Single 2-input positive NAND gate
Description
The SN74AHC1G00 device has a wide operating voltage range for logic systems from 2 V to 5 V. The low propagation delay enables fast switching and higher operating speeds. In addition, the low current consumption of 10 µA maximum makes this device a good choice for portable and battery-powered applications. The Schmitt trigger circuit on all inputs has noise suppression properties.
