Wide-bandwidth (8MHz) Rail to Rail Input/Output 5V CMOS Op Amps, small offset, quad
The TSV91x and TSV91xA operational amplifiers provide low-voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output, as well as an excellent speed-to-power ratio. They offer a gain bandwidth of 8 MHz and consume only a maximum of 1.1 mA at 5 V. The operational amplifiers are unamplified and have an extremely low input bias current.
The devices are ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered and portable applications, and active filtering.
