Description:
The 74ABT125 high-performance BiCMOS device combines low static and dynamic power dissipation with high speed and high output control. The 74ABT125 device is a quadruple buffer, which is ideal for controlling bus lines. The device has four output-enable inputs (1OE, 2OE, 3OE, 4OE), each of which controls one of the three-state outputs.
