Overview
This real-time clock module features a serial interface system with built-in 32.768 kHz crystal oscillator. The real-time clock function incorporates a number of features, such as a calendar and clock counter for the year, month, day, day of the week, hour, minute and second, as well as an alarm, timer and time update interruption.
All of these functions are built in to a thin, compact SOP package, which makes it suitable for various types of small electronic devices.
