The 23AA04M from Microchip Technology Inc. are 4-Mbit serial SRAM devices. Memory is accessed via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. In addition, SDI (Serial Dual Interface) and SQI (Serial Quad Interface) are supported with clock speeds of up to 143 MHz. This device supports unlimited reads and writes to the memory array with zero write times. The 23AA04M is available in standard packages including 8-lead SOIC, PDIP and TSSOP.
