The AS6C4008 is a 4,194,304-bit low power CMOS static random access memory organized as 524,288 words of 8 bits. It is manufactured using very high performance, high reliability CMOS technology. Its standby current is stable within the operating temperature range.
The AS6C4008 is designed for very low power applications and is particularly well suited for non-volatile memory applications with battery backup.
The AS6C4008 operates from an operating voltage of 2.7V~ 5.5V and all inputs and outputs are fully TTL compatible.
