Die STM8L151x4/6 gehören zur STM8L Ultra-Low-Power 8-Bit Familie, arbeiten von 1,8 V - 3,6 V bei einem Temperaturbereich -40 bis +85 °C.
Sie verfügen über den verbesserten STM8-CPU-Kern mit erhöhter Rechenleistung (bis zu 16 MIPS bei 16 MHz) + behält gleichzeitig die Vorteile einer CISC-Architektur mit verbesserter Code-Dichte, einem linearen 24-Bit-Adressraum und einer optimierten Architektur für Low-Power-Betrieb bei.
Sie umfasst ein integriertes Debug-Modul mit einer Hardwareschnittstelle (SWIM), berührungsloses In-Application Debugging + ultraschnelle Flash-Programmierung.
Alle MCU verfügen über ein integriertes Daten-EEPROM und einen Low-Power-, Low-Voltage- + Single-Versorgung-Programm-Flash-Speicher.
