The TMC2300 is the answer to battery-powered stepper motors that need to be invisible to the senses. Silent, small, precise, and extremely efficient with a standby current draw of < 50nA, the 2-phase stepper motor driver changes the way motors are used in portable devices and IoT.
The lowest power consumption comes from Trinamics sophisticated StealthChop2 chopper and the chips extremely low RDSon using an integrated charge pump. Combined with CoolStep™ for longer running time and up to 90% energy savings, the TMC2300 is perfect for IoT and handheld devices, battery-operated equipment, point-of-sale devices and printers, toys, office and home automation including smart thermostatic radiator valves, miniature medical devices, and many more.
