The AZ431L series of ICs are adjustable low voltage three-terminal regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over the entire operating range. These ICs are characterised by sharp power-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient and low output impedance, making them the ideal alternative to zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, motherboards and other adjustable regulators.
The output voltage can be set to any value between 1.24 V and 18 V.
