The AZ431L series of ICs are three-port adjustable low-voltage regulators that provide thermal stability over the entire operating range. These ICs feature sharp power-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient and low output impedance, making them an ideal alternative to zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, motherboards and other adjustable regulators.
The output voltage can be set to any value between 1.24 V and 18 V.
The AZ431L precision reference is offered in two voltage tolerances:
0.5% and 1.0%.
