The ISL21010 is a precision micropower bandgap voltage reference with low dropout
voltage reference in a space-saving SOT-23 package. It operates on a single power supply from 2.2 V to 5.5 V (the minimum voltage depends on the voltage option) and provides an accurate reference of ±0.2%. The ISL21010 delivers an output current of up to 25 mA at a low dropout voltage of 150 mV.
Output voltage options include 1.024 V, 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 2.048 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V and 4.096 V. The low supply current and low dropout voltage combined with a high degree of accuracy make the ISL21010 ideal for battery-powered precision applications.
