2.5-V, 50-ppm/°C, 50-µA in 3-pin SOT-23 package series (bandgap) voltage reference
The REF30xx is a precision, low-power, low-dropout voltage reference family available in a tiny 3-pin SOT-23 package.
The REF30xx can be operated without load with supply voltages within 1 mV of the output voltage. All models are specified for the wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
