Precision buffered voltage reference
The MCP1501 is a precision buffered voltage reference with an initial accuracy of 0.10% and is available in ten voltage options. The MCP1501 is a low-drift bandgap reference and uses chopper-based amplifiers that significantly reduce drift and deliver high output current. The MCP1501 is available in a very small 2x2 WDFN package as well as in SOT-23 and SOIC packages. The SOT-23 package is AEC-Q100 certified.
