The LM285/LM385 series are dual-port micropower diodes with bandgap
voltage regulator diodes. They are designed for operation in a broad current
range from 10 A to 20 mA. These components are characterised by their characteristics
Dynamic impedance, low noise and stable operation over time and
temperature. Tight voltage tolerances are achieved by on-chip
trimming. The wide dynamic operating range allows the use of these elements
in applications with highly fluctuating supply voltages with excellent
regulation. The extremely low operating current makes these devices ideal
for micropower circuits such as portable meters, regulators and others
