Voltage regulator, fixed, 3.3 V, SOT-223-4

This series of fixed voltage regulators with integrated circuit is designed for a wide range of applications. Applications include on-card control to eliminate noise and distribution problems associated with single-point control. Each of these regulators can deliver an output current of up to 500 mA.
The internal current limiting and thermal shutdown features of these regulators make them essentially immune to overload. In addition to being used as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to provide adjustable output voltages and currents, and also as a power pass element in precision regulators.
